A lot of people thinking like this almost automatically.
Some of them are focused on the negative, you know them, the complainers.
We can use it to work ourselves into a nervous frenzy or
bring us to the most calming place in life.

According to Robert Smith, in order to be successful at anything, you have
to be successful at understanding the human brain and the simple technics derived
from science and experiences.
You can become successful by repeating the process and
therefore really getting very good at it until the change comes.
Because most of the limiting beliefs are wrong imprint in the brains
and since these imprints represents memories which represent beliefs
and when you change all of it, life becomes smooth sailing.
You can maybe change all of it in a moment, but it is common experiences,
it takes time, and you
have to change your memories when by one, step by step.
This means that people can change their lives by rewriting memories.
1. The way to rewrite the memory is by first getting an education
about how the human mind works and by understanding key principles.
Understand that whatever you have in there is success, whether good or bad or ugly.
These are memories. which can be changed from bad
to gold with NLP technics, EFT technics etc.
2. The problem with the “Secret” is that there
is NO secret and so all that is required is
to go in there and change the memories.
The initial problem happens because we go in and fall in LOVE with the memories
and then we begin to beat ourselves up,
and replay the memories until they become a tattoo on us.
3. Another way is through the EFT system where you ask your client
to write a peace list which is a list of things to make peace with.
The shortened version is where you have to have
proofs that the problems existed in the first place.
So you want to find out who else had the problem.
Then if the problem was completely gone what bad thing can happen.
If the problem was a human, who would that be.
4. Faster EFT is a faster rewriting system through hypnosis
which is just your mind’s great ability to imagine and feel as if it was real.
A hypnotist will guide you to a trance with your imagination and
then bring you back into consciousness.

is a filter of reality and is not reality itself.

you can retrain your minds to essentially re-create the new layers
through re-programming those thoughts using a series of simple questions?
I know I will definitely benefit from going through exercises like
this to help me get over things from my past.
I feel already the release and forgiveness
of things I have probably been holding onto my whole life!

I even don’t know if it is a good thing if you only can remember
just one, because you can have suppressed memories in your

maybe because I have studied some neuroscience about mirror neurons.
